Audio 22: She can not find the remote control for the projector, so she ask to him to send the new one.

Audio 23: Her coffee machines model silver 542 broken so she want order the new one

Audio 24: They can’t delivery any books, they are sorry for delay

Audio 25: He is complain for his order because the delivery is late again so she ask when he place his order

Audio 26: His printer doesn’t work, she told him to return it so she can look at it for him.

Audio 27: Barbara call for Rudolfo but she is told to hold on so, she gave her number for Rudolfo to calling her back because it’s urgent

Audio 28: His microwave have no instruction on the package so he call to Pk electronic to send it for him.

Audio 30:  Richard call to Cindy because he got problem with the part that Cindy send. Richard want the part PV 202 not PB 204 so Cindy told him to return it and Richard will get the new one

ALRIO           : it takes 30 minutes sir

ARIS              : okay its not that far then

Reason: kata himself dalam kalimat diatas diganti dengan herself karena subjeknya perempuan.
